1).International shipping is also free of charge and takes 10-25 business days by EMS or China Postmail delivery,it is depending on a location. you can track the shipping details on www.ems.com.cn

2).Free shipping worldwide at U$50, please confirm correct and complete shipping info such as house number and street when checkout. you will receive shipment notification by email after shipped out. please put correct email address when checkout, sometimes you may check the notification in email spam files.

3).We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

For Returns, Repairs, Replacements

At Dr.Pen, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be situations where you may need to return or seek a refund for a product purchased from our website.This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds in accordance with the Consumer Law (ACL) administered by the Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

4).Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Please let us know if you would like any items prior. We will be happy to accommodate.

5).Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

6).Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

7).Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

8).Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Our Return Process

1). Submit a Support Ticket with our Customer Experience Team here.

Include the following in your submission: your order number, a short video (or image) demonstrating the fault, and a written description inclusive of all and any relevant details.

2). Your submission is reviewed by an in-house Specialist.

They will provide you with relevant troubleshooting and support as required, and/or confirm the potential fault you have experienced. When within warranty, determine your choice of resolution method (replacement, exchange, credit or refund) and you will receive a paid-for return label.

3). Return your product and await assessment confirmation.After sending us back your product, provide the tracking number in your ongoing ticket. Once your return has been received, it will be processed by our team within 10-30 business days.

4). Return Due To Change Of Mind

mydrpen Retailer will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition. This includes the plastic wrapping. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

5).Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Returns can be sent to the following address:

6).Warranty Returns

we will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect mydrpen to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit
